What types of freight do you handle, and do you offer both LTL and FTL?
Yes, we handle just about everything—from a single pallet to full truckloads. We run both Less Than Truckload (LTL) and Full Truckload (FTL) . Our fleet includes 53-foot dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, Super B-trains, straight trucks, and even over-dimensional equipment. So whether you’re shipping a few skids or a full warehouse load, we’ve got the right equipment for the job.
Do you offer warehousing and co-packing services, or are you just a trucking company?
Great question—and yes, we do both. While we started as a transportation company, we’ve grown into a full-service logistics provider. We offer secure warehousing in BC with services like cross-docking, skid building, and inventory management. We also provide co-packing services to help you repackage, relabel, or bundle products before they hit the shelves. So you’re not just moving freight—you’re streamlining your entire supply chain with us.
Are you registered to operate at ports and rail terminals?
Absolutely. Our drivers and fleet are fully registered with Port Vancouver (VANTERM, CENTERM, Fraser Valley, and Vancouver) as well as CN and CP rail terminals. This means we can move containers seamlessly from ship to rail to truck—and finally to your door. Our drayage division handles all the coordination, so you don’t have to worry about booking windows or terminal delays.
How do you keep customers updated on their shipments?
We believe in transparency and communication. Since we’re a fully digitalized company, our team provides real-time tracking updates from dispatch to delivery. You’ll hear from us proactively—whether it’s a booking confirmation, a driver ETA, or a delivery confirmation. No silent treatment here. If something changes, you’ll know about it before it becomes a problem.
What warehousing services do you offer, and where are your facilities located?
We offer full-service warehousing in British Columbia, including secure storage, inventory management, cross-docking, skid building, and order fulfillment. Our facilities are strategically located near major ports and rail yards in the Vancouver area, making it easy to receive, store, and redistribute your goods quickly. Whether you need short-term storage or long-term distribution support, we’ve got the space and systems to handle it.
Do you handle cross-docking and light assembly or repackaging?
Yes, we do. Cross-docking is one of our core warehouse services—we receive inbound shipments, sort them, and load them straight onto outbound trucks with minimal handling. This cuts down storage time and speeds up delivery. We also offer light assembly, repackaging, and skid building to get your products retail-ready before they leave our warehouse. It saves you time and hassle on your end.
